How to use your STB/DTH Remote controller for TV function controls also

Now a Days most of the Set top Boxes & DTHs Remotes are coming with a facility to save

 TV functions into STB & DTHs Remote controller as per your choice, and it will help to

 user not to use two remote separately for controlling TV & DTH/STB at a time .  While all

 Learning instruction “how to learn/Save” mostly mentioned on the Back side of Remote

 controllers or some time a written small paper putted inside with remote packing as most

 of the user did not understand OR follow the same and not able to utilize the given facility

 to use DTH remote controller for TV control also 

As  when we all watch the TV using STB/DTH at home almost on    daily routine for

 amusement , so very first you have to select input/source key to select the media from

 which you want to see the Programs for that facility you have to pick TV  remote

 controller to select the media as a source for selecting  TV/AV mode after selection then

 you put TV Remote controller aside as it is not used more than selection of media or

 AV/TV/Source and start to use another Remote (DTH/STB’s Remote controller) for

 volume, channel, mute etc… and in addition some time also we observed that when we

 watch any channel and the volume of channel not audible as per our requirement even the

 volume of  streaming channel is in full selection from DTH/STB’s remote , the limit of

 volume reached at top level and after that if your required more volume to hear then you

 have to pick the TV remote controller to increase the volume level and some time it seems

 boring and annoy full for us to keep both remote along with us during watching program

 on TV and then watch the program and when you go to off the DTH/STB then you use the

 same remote to turn off the DTH but to turn off the TV either you will use TV remote OR

 go near to the TV and switch of manually by hand , in another case if you put  your TV

 main function into your DTH remote then you can control both devices with the help of

 single remote and you will feel happy to manage single remote for two devices rather than

 two separate remote controller of each devices .

For that you have to follow the instruction provided with remote controller and sometime a small Sticker you will see pasted on the back side of Remote.

 

As a picture shown above you can see a TV controller Function box has given on the top

 side for user ease in which user can save any five keys of TV functions as mentioned or printed Keypad by using instruction how to save the keys you can add TV functions in STB/DTH Remote controller.

 
In above given Remote controller picture if you have this kind of remote controller in your home you can easily put or incorporate your TV keys in side for that you have to follow below points.

(1) Very first keep your DTH/STB Remote controller and your TV Remote controller in front of each other on a plane surface with a minimum 10mm distance facing to each other.

 (2) Press and hold “Set” key for 3-4 seconds then you will see a LED will start blinking and after some time stop blinking and will remain glow continuously, it means Remote is on waiting state for other remote’s key signal receiving for saving. Now press your DTH/STB remote’s controller’s “power” key and then press your TV remote controller (or any other remote’s key whose keys you want to put inside the DTH/STB remote) Led will start blinking and now press “SET” keys again your TV controller keys command will finally saved into DTH Remote controller  , by following same process you can put/save rest other keys of TV controller inside the DTH/STB Remote controller …..
